No espa\u00e7o intracelular est\u00e1\ncerca de 65% do total de \u00e1gua corporal, restando ao espa\u00e7o extracelular os\ndemais 35%. Para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade, os seres humanos devem consumir \u00e1gua\nconstantemente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uma pequena parte da \u00e1gua que\nprecisamos para suprir nossas necessidades di\u00e1rias \u00e9 formada pelo pr\u00f3prio corpo\n(250 &#8211; 350 mL), tornando essencial a busca por outras fontes. Portanto, a\ningest\u00e3o de \u00e1gua \u00e9 fundamental para se atingir as necessidades di\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As informa\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 de que\nmulheres t\u00eam menor necessidade de ingest\u00e3o h\u00eddrica que os homens. Estima-se uma\nvaria\u00e7\u00e3o em torno de 0,5 L, devido a menor massa corporal e menor propor\u00e7\u00e3o de\n\u00e1gua corporal. A necessidade total de \u00e1gua para homens sedent\u00e1rios \u00e9 de aproximadamente\n2,5 L por dia, podendo aumentar at\u00e9 6,0 L em caso de atividades f\u00edsicas. Devido\n\u00e0 aus\u00eancia de evid\u00eancia, o Institute of Medicine (IOM), n\u00e3o pode estabelecer\nseus n\u00edveis de recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o (EAR e RDA) para a ingest\u00e3o de \u00e1gua. Por isso, manter-se\nadequadamente hidratado \u00e9 a chave para sentir-se bem durante todo o ver\u00e3o.\nConfiram as dicas dos vigilantes do peso:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Beba bastante l\u00edquido: al\u00e9m\n     de \u00e1gua, tamb\u00e9m podemos aumentar nossa ingest\u00e3o de l\u00edquidos com \u00e1gua de\n     coco, sucos naturais, mate, ch\u00e1s gelados, frutas e legumes ricos em \u00e1gua &#8211;\n     como o abacaxi, a melancia, o chuchu e o tomate.<br>\n     &nbsp;<\/li><li>Experimente \u00e1gua\n     aromatizada: d\u00ea sabor \u00e0 \u00e1gua adicionando rodelas de lim\u00e3o, laranja, pepino\n     ou abacaxi, morangos em peda\u00e7os, folhas de hortel\u00e3 ou manjeric\u00e3o, gengibre\n     ou outros ingredientes \u00e0 sua escolha. Experimente utilizar \u00e1gua com g\u00e1s\n     para ter uma nova experi\u00eancia!<\/li><li>Prepare seu pr\u00f3prio picol\u00e9:\n     utilizando sucos naturais e forminhas pr\u00f3prias para picol\u00e9, voc\u00ea vai\n     garantir sua hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o com muito mais sabor. Sucos de frutas como\n     maracuj\u00e1, melancia, goiaba e tangerina s\u00e3o \u00f3timas op\u00e7\u00f5es para fazer seu\n     picol\u00e9 caseiro.<br>\n     &nbsp;<\/li><li>Evite o excesso de bebidas\n     alco\u00f3licas: consumir bebidas alco\u00f3licas em excesso leva a uma maior perda\n     de \u00e1gua, principalmente atrav\u00e9s da urina.
