Ao\ntemperar as saladas, <strong>d\u00ea prefer\u00eancia ao azeite de oliva extra virgem, ao\nlim\u00e3o, ao vinagre e aos molhos \u00e0 base de iogurte<\/strong>, evite a maionese e os\nmolhos prontos (ricos em gorduras e s\u00f3dio).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Os cereais integrais tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o boas op\u00e7\u00f5es para o ver\u00e3o, fontes de nutrientes\nque fornecem energia e fibras que d\u00e3o mais saciedade, o que ajuda tamb\u00e9m para\nquem busca uma mudan\u00e7a na composi\u00e7\u00e3o corporal. <strong>Opte por p\u00e3es e gr\u00e3os integrais\n&#8211; evite doces, massas e a\u00e7\u00facar refinado. <\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Os ovos e a carnes brancas (frango\/ su\u00edno\/ peixe)<\/strong> s\u00e3o as fontes de prote\u00edna animal mais indicadas para essa \u00e9poca, por\nserem s\u00e3o mais facilmente digeridas, al\u00e9m de serem mais saud\u00e1veis, quando\ncomparadas a carne vermelha. Quanto \u00e0 forma de preparo, varie entre cozidos,\ngrelhados e assados, deixando de lado as frituras, que tornam a digest\u00e3o da\nprepara\u00e7\u00e3o mais lenta, al\u00e9m de n\u00e3o combinar com o clima quente do ver\u00e3o.<\/li><li>Ainda, podemos optar pelos alimentos <strong>fontes de prote\u00edna vegetal, como\nas leguminosas<\/strong>. No ver\u00e3o, este grupo de alimentos vem bem sob a forma de\nsaladas (salada de feij\u00e3o branco, lentilha, ervilha, gr\u00e3o de bico).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>As altas temperaturas favorecem a perda h\u00eddrica por meio do suor. Dessa\nforma, a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o com \u00e1gua deve ser constante, j\u00e1 que o resfriamento do\ncorpo \u00e9 realizado por meio da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de suor, que aumenta \u00e0 medida em que nos\nmovimentamos, andamos e na pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos.
