Institu\u00eddo pela Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) que tem como objetivo alertar a popula\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a ado\u00e7\u00e3o de cuidados e medidas preventivas contra les\u00f5es associadas \u00e0 repeti\u00e7\u00e3o de movimentos no trabalho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/corpoacao.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ler-dort.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1354\" srcset=\"https:\/\/corpoacao.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ler-dort.jpg 600w, https:\/\/corpoacao.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ler-dort-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mas afinal, o que \u00e9 LER\/DORT?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As les\u00f5es por\nesfor\u00e7os repetitivos contemplam diversas doen\u00e7as causadas pela realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de\natividades cont\u00ednuas e repetitivas, respons\u00e1veis pela altera\u00e7\u00e3o de tend\u00f5es,\narticula\u00e7\u00f5es, m\u00fasculos e nervos, dentre as quais as mais conhecidas s\u00e3o a\ntendinite, a tenossinovite e a bursite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e1rios fatores relacionados aos ambientes, processos e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do trabalho, ritmo de trabalho intenso, m\u00f3veis e equipamentos inc\u00f4modos, postura inadequada, falta de tempo para ir ao banheiro, cobran\u00e7a cont\u00ednua por produtividade, podem predispor essas les\u00f5es. Para isso, destaca-se\nalgumas dicas importantes para evitar essas condi\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Manter sempre uma postura apropriada\ndurante o hor\u00e1rio de trabalho, com as costas eretas, seja em p\u00e9 ou bem apoiadas\nno encosto da cadeira quando assentado.<br>\n\u2022 Fazer pausas e alongamentos a cada 60 minutos.<br>\n\u2022 Respeitar os limites do corpo.<br>\n\u2022 Utilizar apoios ergon\u00f4micos para os punhos e p\u00e9s durante a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do computador.<br>\n\u2022 Manter o monitor na altura dos olhos para evitar a sobrecarga no pesco\u00e7o.<br>\n\u2022 Utilizar cintas e outros acess\u00f3rios de prote\u00e7\u00e3o fornecidos pela empresa ao\nexecutar tarefas que exigem for\u00e7a f\u00edsica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A preven\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 o melhor\nrem\u00e9dio.
