Que h\u00e1bitos \u00e9 poss\u00edvel adotar para melhorar a sa\u00fade? Primeiramente, \u00e9 importante eliminar <strong>os h\u00e1bitos prejudiciais.<\/strong>&nbsp;Repense os seus h\u00e1bitos e analise o que precisa ser eliminado e modificado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>O que fazer para&nbsp;manter a sa\u00fade em dia?<\/strong>&nbsp; <strong>Algumas dicas para voc\u00eas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. <strong>Beba \u00e1gua<\/strong>&nbsp;: beber \u00e1gua \u00e9 fundamental para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o das fun\u00e7\u00f5es vitais do organismo&nbsp;e para&nbsp;evitar a desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>Carregue sempre a sua garrafinha<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Movimente-se: <\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>adotar o h\u00e1bito de praticar atividades f\u00edsicas<\/strong> \u00e9 fundamental para combater o sedentarismo e prevenir doen\u00e7as.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3.
