Pamela Carvalho Muniz&nbsp;<\/strong>,\noncologista da Oncocl\u00ednicas S\u00e3o Paulo. H\u00e1\nfatores que podem aumentar o risco do c\u00e2ncer de pr\u00f3stata, entre eles a idade.\n&#8220;Sabemos que a chance de ter a doen\u00e7a aumenta com o envelhecimento do\nindiv\u00edduo, sendo uma doen\u00e7a muito mais frequente ap\u00f3s os 60 anos&#8221;, diz a\noncologista. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A obesidade e o hist\u00f3rico familiar da\ndoen\u00e7a tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o aspectos que podem aumentar as chances de surgimento do\nproblema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A PREVEN\u00c7\u00c3O <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;A\npr\u00e1tica regular de atividade f\u00edsica \u00e9 fundamental para reduzir o risco de\ndesenvolvimento da doen\u00e7a, assim como pode ajudar os pacientes que foram\ndiagnosticados com o problema e est\u00e3o em tratamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;N\u00e3o podemos afirmar que a pr\u00e1tica\nde exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos ir\u00e1 impedir 100% o desenvolvimento do c\u00e2ncer de pr\u00f3stata,\nafinal, existe a predisposi\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9tica. Mas, a literatura cient\u00edfica nos\nmostra que os exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos contribuem para uma melhora geral do quadro de\nsa\u00fade e redu\u00e7\u00e3o do risco de desenvolvimento de tumor, especialmente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o\na pessoas com comportamento sedent\u00e1rio&#8221;, diz o mestre em fisiologia do\nexerc\u00edcio e diretor t\u00e9cnico das academias Bodytech,&nbsp;<strong>Eduardo Netto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Cada vez mais, faz parte da rotina\ndo oncologista incluir a orienta\u00e7\u00e3o da pr\u00e1tica de atividade f\u00edsica como parte\nda preven\u00e7\u00e3o de muitos tipos de c\u00e2ncer, entre eles o c\u00e2ncer de pr\u00f3stata, mama,\nintestino e endom\u00e9trio, por exemplo&#8221;, completa a Dra.
