Como o organismo n\u00e3o precisa gastar energia para aquecer o corpo, a taxa metab\u00f3lica diminui. Assim, \u00e9 importante que a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o no ver\u00e3o seja mais leve e saud\u00e1vel. Frutas e saladas, al\u00e9m de serem ricas em vitaminas, s\u00e3o \u00f3timas para manter a hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp;Sucos, sandu\u00edches naturais, carnes magras e gr\u00e3os&nbsp;tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o op\u00e7\u00f5es saud\u00e1veis e de f\u00e1cil digest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, \u00e9 importante beber pelo menos 2 litros de \u00e1gua diariamente. Como transpiramos mais no ver\u00e3o, \u00e9 preciso repor o l\u00edquido perdido para se proteger da desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cuidado com os alimentos vendidos na rua<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O armazenamento dos alimentos \u00e9 outro cuidado necess\u00e1rio nesse per\u00edodo, especialmente quando for comer fora de casa. Por causa do calor, alguns produtos estragam com mais facilidade e as altas temperaturas propiciam a prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de bact\u00e9rias &#8211; que podem contaminar os alimentos. Por isso, \u00e9 preciso ter cuidado com o preparo e a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o dos alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Consumo de \u00e1lcool e frituras<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c1lcool:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo o fisiologista e pesquisador do Centro de Estudos da Medicina da Atividade F\u00edsica e do Esporte (CEMAFE), Raul Santo de Oliveira, o problema n\u00e3o est\u00e1 no consumo das bebidas alco\u00f3licas, mas nos exageros. &#8220;\u00c1lcool e bebidas \u00e0 base de cafe\u00edna s\u00e3o altamente diur\u00e9ticos e aceleram a desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o natural do corpo, j\u00e1 mais intensa quando est\u00e1 calor&#8221;. Por isso, ele recomenda alternar as doses de \u00e1lcool com um copo de \u00e1gua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Frituras:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Com o aumento da perda de l\u00edquidos, causada pelo calor excessivo, as gorduras n\u00e3o s\u00e3o bem metabolizadas. Por isso, voc\u00ea pode sentir sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de mal-estar e desconforto&#8221;, explica Daniel.
