A OMS aponta que,&nbsp;para se ter sa\u00fade, \u00e9 preciso que haja o bem-estar completo: f\u00edsico, mental e social.&nbsp;Esses tr\u00eas aspectos est\u00e3o relacionados \u00e0 qualidade de vida das pessoas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/corpoacao.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/saude-1024x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1604\" srcset=\"https:\/\/corpoacao.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/saude-1024x1024.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/corpoacao.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/saude-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/corpoacao.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/saude-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/corpoacao.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/saude-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/corpoacao.com.br\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/saude.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ao\nlongo de todo o momento pand\u00eamico que vivemos, cuidar da sa\u00fade f\u00edsica, assim\ncomo da sa\u00fade social e da sa\u00fade mental, ganhou ainda mais for\u00e7a e relev\u00e2ncia.\nAfinal, a pandemia do covid-19 pegou todos de surpresa e fez com que, em curto\nper\u00edodo, fosse necess\u00e1rio adaptar in\u00fameros pontos das rotinas pessoais, de\ntrabalho e, principalmente, sociais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pesquisa\nrealizada pelo HUBRH+ABPRH mostrou que 66,3% das empresas est\u00e3o preocupadas com\na sa\u00fade mental dos colaboradores no Brasil. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e3o\nh\u00e1 mais d\u00favidas que investir na melhora da sa\u00fade e bem-estar dos colaboradores impactar\u00e1\nde forma muito positiva para a melhora da produtividade e autoestima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;sa\u00fade f\u00edsica, mental e social&nbsp;s\u00e3o pilares fundamentais\ndo&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/blog.onze.com.br\/artigos\/bem-estar-do-funcionario\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">bem-estar<\/a>&nbsp;humano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<strong>Sa\u00fade f\u00edsica<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;sa\u00fade f\u00edsica&nbsp;\u00e9 a dimens\u00e3o mais b\u00e1sica do bem-estar humano,\nrepresentada por um corpo em pleno funcionamento, livre de doen\u00e7as, bem nutrido\ne ativo. Para alcan\u00e7ar um estado fisicamente saud\u00e1vel, \u00e9 preciso ter uma&nbsp;alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o equilibrada,\npraticar atividades f\u00edsicas, dormir no m\u00ednimo oito horas, entre outras\nrecomenda\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas da medicina.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sa\u00fade mental<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;sa\u00fade mental&nbsp;\u00e9 sin\u00f4nimo de qualidade de vida emocional, ou\nseja, o equil\u00edbrio entre emo\u00e7\u00f5es e sentimentos diante dos desafios, conflitos,\nmudan\u00e7as e demais eventos da vida. Estar mentalmente saud\u00e1vel significa estar\nbem consigo e com os outros, conseguir aceitar as situa\u00e7\u00f5es adversas e saber\nlidar com&nbsp;emo\u00e7\u00f5es boas e ruins,\nreconhecendo sempre seus limites \u2014 inclusive, buscando ajuda quando necess\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sa\u00fade social<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;sa\u00fade social&nbsp;diz respeito \u00e0\nmanuten\u00e7\u00e3o de rela\u00e7\u00f5es saud\u00e1veis com a fam\u00edlia, amigos, colegas de trabalho e comunidade\nem geral. Como seres sociais, temos necessidades de apoio, reconhecimento e\nestima dos outros, e as&nbsp;redes de\napoio&nbsp;s\u00e3o fundamentais para manter as outras dimens\u00f5es de sa\u00fade\nequilibradas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A diferen\u00e7a \u00e9 que a sa\u00fade social\ndepende do&nbsp;comportamento coletivo&nbsp;e\nda cultura, e n\u00e3o somente do nosso pr\u00f3prio c\u00edrculo de conviv\u00eancia.
