Se n\u00e3o fizermos exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos, poderemos ganhar alguns quilinhos e termos &nbsp; as taxas de colesterol e glicemia mais elevados. Os riscos para a sa\u00fade s\u00e3o maiores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Confiram algumas dicas para se exercitar no frio:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Os exerc\u00edcios mais indicados em dias muito frios s\u00e3o aqueles que podem ser feitos em ambientes protegidos, que t\u00eam uma temperatura controlada, para deixar a atividade mais agrad\u00e1vel e mais segura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9 preciso praticar esportes com roupa adequada e manter a hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 que com o frio a tend\u00eancia \u00e9 beber menos \u00e1gua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuide das suas vias \u00e1reas. Evite treinar ao ar livre se, al\u00e9m do frio, a umidade relativa do ar estiver muito baixa;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>O corpo te a tend\u00eancia de perder calor pelas extremidades, por isso, nos dias frios \u00e9 importante manter p\u00e9s, m\u00e3os, e cabe\u00e7a bem protegidos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a de realizar um bom aquecimento antes do treino e alongamentos no final para evitar qualquer tipo de les\u00e3o.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>N\u00e3o se esque\u00e7am:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o Mundial da Sa\u00fade (OMS) recomenda pelo menos 150 a 300 minutos de atividade aer\u00f3bica moderada a vigorosa por semana para todos os adultos, incluindo quem vive com doen\u00e7as cr\u00f4nicas ou incapacidade, e uma m\u00e9dia de 60 minutos por dia para crian\u00e7as e adolescentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bora l\u00e1 treinar?
