T\u00e9cnicas de respira\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o bem eficientes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escolha entre praticar ao ar livre ou ambiente fechado, de acordo com o que mais se relaciona com o seu perfil;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Persista.
