Pesam cerca de 150 gramas cada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh7-us.googleusercontent.com\/zcSowHLyG8yUaJt1KrgEoMjeWxrWvNSVpQTPBvUG1Z3UYb_5RcuqfqTPGvJCQp3E7qJ3_apKYR5HZOE7PT_H7x1WySeddNklPr2IiRf7fP_fzsL_geXkMfupGDIFXXIvoY2hYiuz1Way6xMxe-0liA\" alt=\"Rins - fun\u00e7\u00e3o e anatomia do rim humano\" style=\"width:459px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>S\u00e3o tr\u00eas as principais fun\u00e7\u00f5es dos rins:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>eliminar as toxinas ou dejetos resultantes do metabolismo corporal: ur\u00e9ia, creatinina, \u00e1cido \u00farico, etc;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>manter um constante equil\u00edbrio h\u00eddrico do organismo, eliminando o excesso de \u00e1gua, sais e eletr\u00f3litos, evitando, assim, o aparecimento de edemas (incha\u00e7os) e aumento da press\u00e3o arterial;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>atuar como \u00f3rg\u00e3os produtores de horm\u00f4nios: eritropoetina, que participa na forma\u00e7\u00e3o de gl\u00f3bulos vermelhos; a vitamina D, que ajuda a absorver o c\u00e1lcio para fortalecer os ossos; e a renina, que interv\u00e9m na regula\u00e7\u00e3o de press\u00e3o arterial.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A doen\u00e7a renal pode ser silenciosa, mas h\u00e1 casos em que o indiv\u00edduo sente alguns sintomas. Os sinais e sintomas mais conhecidos s\u00e3o: hipertens\u00e3o arterial, urina com sangue, urina com espuma (presen\u00e7a de prote\u00ednas na urina), edemas, elimina\u00e7\u00e3o de urina muito clara (como \u00e1gua), anemia (palidez, cansa\u00e7o, dor no peito e sonol\u00eancia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Segundo a m\u00e9dica nefrologista Angela Santos<em>; <\/em><em>a pr\u00e1tica de exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos tem papel fundamental na preven\u00e7\u00e3o da doen\u00e7a renal cr\u00f4nica (DRC). Eles regulam a press\u00e3o arterial e os n\u00edveis de glicose, atrav\u00e9s da perda de peso; dois fatores associados ao bom funcionamento dos rins, \u00f3rg\u00e3os respons\u00e1veis por essa filtragem\u201d, explica a m\u00e9dica. A probabilidade de desenvolver a DRC, revelam estudos, \u00e9 10% menor para quem pratica atividade f\u00edsica em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a uma pessoa sedent\u00e1ria.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Al\u00e9m dos riscos causados pela diabetes e hipertens\u00e3o, a obesidade \u00e9 outra consequ\u00eancia do sedentarismo capaz de comprometer a sa\u00fade renal. \u201cQuando uma pessoa est\u00e1 com excesso de gordura, o corpo todo funciona com mais dificuldade. No caso dos rins, esse aumento da massa corporal j\u00e1 \u00e9 fator de risco, porque eles precisam trabalhar muito mais para filtrar o sangue, podendo sobrecarreg\u00e1-los. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o de placas de gordura atrapalha o fluxo de sangue nas art\u00e9rias renais e, com elas comprometidas, ocorre essa sobrecarga\u201d, refor\u00e7a Angela Santos.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-com-algumas-medidas-simples-e-possivel-cuidar-bem-dos-rins\">Com algumas medidas simples \u00e9 poss\u00edvel cuidar bem dos rins<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Veja como:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diminua o consumo de sal nos alimentos. O m\u00e1ximo permitido \u00e9 de cinco a seis gramas por dia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beba bastante \u00e1gua, mantenha uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel e pratique exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos com regularidade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>N\u00e3o fume e mantenha um peso adequado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Me\u00e7a a sua press\u00e3o arterial.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cuidado na hora de utilizar algum medicamento.
