A \u00e1gua comp\u00f5e 75% do nosso corpo na inf\u00e2ncia e mais de 50% na fase adulta. A recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o da OMS \u00e9 de que n\u00e3o se espere ter sede para consumir \u00e1gua, a ingest\u00e3o deve ser regular ao longo do dia e ela \u00e9 fundamental para o equil\u00edbrio do organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O nosso compromisso com a \u00e1gua n\u00e3o deve\nser restrito \u00e0 nossa hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o.&nbsp; \u00c9 dever\nde todos n\u00f3s cuidarmos para n\u00e3o faltar. Imagina o quanto somos privilegiados em\nter \u00e1gua pot\u00e1vel para suprir as nossas necessidades, sejam alimentares, fisiol\u00f3gicas\ne de higiene.<\/p>\n\n<p>Voc\u00ea j\u00e1 imaginou viver sem\n\u00e1gua? Talvez essa preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o seja recorrente, mas devemos nos preocupar\ncom a forma que consumimos.
