(BITTAR et al., 1998; GOUDY;\nMcLEAN, 2006; JOHNSTON et al., 2008).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Principais queixas:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\nqueixas principais s\u00e3o as constantes dores no pesco\u00e7o (regi\u00e3o cervical) e\nombro, fraqueza e fadiga muscular, parestesia (diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de for\u00e7a por\nformigamento). H\u00e1 um aumento da sensibilidade muscular, contraturas com a\npresen\u00e7a de n\u00f3dulos dolorosos, assim como dores na palpa\u00e7\u00e3o na regi\u00e3o cervical\ne no m\u00fasculo trap\u00e9zio (principalmente fibras superiores). Nestes casos, pode\nhaver limita\u00e7\u00e3o dos movimentos e diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da lordose cervical (curvatura fisiol\u00f3gica).\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quais as causas da STC?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\nposi\u00e7\u00e3o inadequada da cabe\u00e7a para o trabalho com computadores e o uso dos\nsmarthones. Permanecer por per\u00edodos prolongados com o pesco\u00e7o flexionado e\nombros elevados gera compress\u00e3o dos tecidos musculares e surgimento de dores a\nm\u00e9dio e longo prazo. Estudos tamb\u00e9m apontam que fatores psicossociais\ndesfavor\u00e1veis criam uma carga mental associada \u00e0s rea\u00e7\u00f5es fisiol\u00f3gicas e\/ou\npsicol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Como Prevenir a S\u00edndrome Tensional Cervical:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manter sempre a coluna ereta; <\/li><li>Para trabalhar na frente do computador, mantenha a parte superior do\nmonitor ao n\u00edvel dos olhos.<\/li><li>Ao dirigir, descansar a cabe\u00e7a no encosto do banco;<\/li><li>Dormir de lado, com os joelhos flexionados formando um \u00e2ngulo de 90\u00ba com\no corpo, travesseiro baixo e, de prefer\u00eancia, um travesseiro entre as pernas;<\/li><li>Agachar para apanhar um objeto no ch\u00e3o, principalmente se for pesado, em\nvez de simplesmente curvar a coluna;<\/li><li>Evitar movimentos bruscos com o pesco\u00e7o;<\/li><li>Praticar exerc\u00edcios f\u00edsicos leves<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exerc\u00edcios\npara prevenir a S\u00edndrome Tensional Cervical:<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Incline seu pesco\u00e7o de lado como se quisesse apoi\u00e1-lo no ombro direito, lentamente. Fique nessa posi\u00e7\u00e3o durante um minuto. Depois, fa\u00e7a o mesmo exerc\u00edcio para o outro lado.<\/li><li>Tente apoiar seu queixo no peito, esticando a nuca e mantenha-se nesta posi\u00e7\u00e3o por um minuto.<\/li><li>Respire fundo e leve a cabe\u00e7a para tr\u00e1s.
